The foundation has set up a TC repair center in Khanapur, which is responsible for the maintenance and repair of transformers in 76 villages. This has significantly improved the electric infrastructure in these villages and has ensured that the people have access to uninterrupted power supply.

In 2019, she was awarded the Nari Shakti Puraskar by the President of India for her contributions to women’s empowerment.
