Under the Degaon Multi-village water supply scheme, 135 villages in Khanapur Taluka are now covered with access to clean and safe drinking water. This program aims to rejuvenate Mugalihal, Itagi, Karambal, Mangenkop, and Hiremunavalli Lift Irrigation systems. By doing so, approximately 3000 acres of agricultural land will be irrigated, providing much-needed support to local farmers.
Apart from the above projects, Dr. Anjali Nimbalkar has also overseen the construction of 10 bridges cum Barrages (BCB). These structures help to control the flow of water in the rivers and prevent floods during the rainy season.
